Sinceramente,

Woohoo! It's re-enrollment time!

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Our re-enrollment period will start December 1, 2018 and end on Friday, January 25, 2019. You have two options on how you want to submit your application for re-enrollment. For our new parents, what this means is that you will not have to go through the lottery process again.

Option 1: Online Submission- The online form for the application for re-enrollment will be active on Skyward starting December 1. Go to your family access and fill out the form and upload your current proof of residency. You will receive a confirmation email once the application has been received as long as there is a valid email address provided. Proof of residency MUST be uploaded or sent into me for it to get approved.

Option 2: In Person- Attached you will find an application for re-enrollment. Please complete the form and submit it to me with your current proof of residency. Proof of residency MUST be turned in as well or the application will not be accepted.

The due date to submit your application for re-enrollment is Friday, January 25th. If we do not receive it by this date, your child will lose his or her spot at the school. Late applicants for re-enrollment will need to re-apply and go through the regular enrollment application process and lottery. I do my best in contacting parents multiple times so this does not happen, but please do not wait until the last minute to take care of it!

Thank you for your support, we love having your family with us and we are already looking forward to an awesome 2019-2020 school year!

If you have any questions regarding re-enrollment, send a separate email to cimel@ssttx.org and I will get back to you asap!
